If you don’t have time for weekly classes, you prefer to practice on the weekend, for more than 60 minutes, or you want to learn more from a specific topic, then the
Workshop is the best option.

Yoga & Cystitis | WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we will focus on Cystitis awareness and how Pelvic Floor Yoga training can help overcome pain or improve cystitis conditions. The importance of stabilizing the pelvic floor and how this helps to create the correct foundation of each movement in the body. Whether you experience any Pelvic Floor conditions or are just curious about this region of the body, this workshop is for you. It will be helpful if you suffer from Cystitis and Pelvic pain, lower back, hip or groin problems, discomfort during sex or while using tampons, leak when laughing or sneezing, and have to go the bathroom too often. In this workshop, we will locate, assess, soften, stretch, strengthen and exercise the muscle groups of the pelvic floor. We will discuss anatomy, movements to awaken your understanding of this often ignored area, Yoga Asanas to address the two types of pelvic floors. Bring your friends, sisters, mothers, and daughters. No yoga experience is required. * All female-identified or assigned female at birth people are welcome.
